Training Before Joining
This is our inhouse training program designed for employees before the joining date. We brief them about the profile, type of work and share some other important information. The idea is to make sure they perform well in their respective companies.
NAPS And NETS
The National Apprentice Program is launched and funded by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship to boost the on-the-job training ecosystem in the country. To increase the role of private players in creating skilled manpower in India, multiple provisions are made for hiring apprentices in the company.
